Contact Form 7 Examples – JS Makeup

by Deborah on May 27, 2010

Once again I am featuring examples of what the simple yet flexible Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin can do. This week our featured website is JS Makeup Artistry.

JS Makeup Artistry is a team of talented, professional makeup artists. They have been serving Northern California since 1990 and offer makeup and hair services for all types of photography and events, though bridal services are their specialty.

The contact page featured is designed to give them all the information needed to create a personalized quote for each specific inquiry without requesting further information from them. When the inquirer receives a return email from JS Makeup, it includes a full quote for the services that has been completed using the information provided on the form.

The information JS Makeup Artistry needs to create the personalized quote include wedding dates and times, bride’s information, coordinator’s information, bridemaids’ information, photographer information, time the makeup needs to be completed by, preparation location, referred by, multiple preview dates, and service packages the client is interested in. And lastly, there is a place for the client to enter comments or questions. Any communication sent through this form is answered almost immediately. I know because that’s how I contacted them about this article!

Take a look at the form below. This seemingly complex form was actually creating with only two elements of Contact Form 7: text boxes and drop-down menus.  Click the image to visit the website.

Thanks, JS Makeup, for giving us such a great example!
